The Bedford Suite, part of the Congress Centre, is a self-contained suite of modern training & meeting rooms located around the corner from the centre itself. It offers three newly refurbished spaces, including a meeting room for 10 delegates, a 14-capacity boardroom with a stunning oval walnut table & a studio with space for 25. The latter is suitable for training sessions & benefits from built-in front projection & state-of-the-art equipment that extends to cameras & microphones as well as DVD & video players. All rooms have air-conditioning, natural daylight & wireless connectivity. The Bedford Suite can be used on its own or in conjunction with events at the main venue.
