The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, located in a prime Westminster location, has commanding views from its President’s Suite & adjoining roof terrace. Overlooking Westminster Abbey, Big Ben & the Houses of Parliament with the BA London Eye in the background, this stunning penthouse offers prestigious dining for up to 18 guests or a presentation or reception area for parties of up to 40 people. The boardroom may be used in conjunction with the adjacent terrace, which is great for pre-meal aperitifs or a summer event. Please note: the RICS will be undergoing refurbishment during 2008 & some rooms may not be available during certain periods.
