Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Information:

The RICS headquarters are located in an imposing red brick Victorian-style building on the corner of Parliament Square. Purpose-built for the Institution in 1899, the range of conference & banqueting areas comprises 10 rooms, from the intimate York Room with its period paintings to the grand, oak-panelled Lecture Hall. There’s also the President’s Suite & terrace, which overlook Parliament Square. Bespoke catering is available at events or alternatively, guests can dine in the modern cafe on the ground floor or at Twelve restaurant. Please note: the RICS will be undergoing refurbishment during 2008 & some rooms may not be available during certain periods.
