Shakespeare's Globe Information:
Shakespeare’s Globe is a carefully studied reconstruction of the 16th-century open-air theatre where the famous playwright staged many of his plays. With various atmospheric spaces suitable for events, the theatre can host anything from 70-seater dinners in the elegant Balcony Room – complete with two private balconies & views of the Thames – to large receptions in the UnderGlobe & presentations in the Nancy W Knowles Lecture Theatre. To give your event a more theatrical slant, Shakespeare’s Globe works closely with the theatre’s performers & musicians & can offer tailor-made entertainment, music & specialised lighting. You can also book a guided tour of the theatre for guests.
