The Churchill Museum & Cabinet War Rooms, located in the basement of the Treasury building in Whitehall, is arguably the most historically important site in wartime politics. It was from here that Churchill directed the Second World War & many of the displayed artefacts are exactly as they were left when the war ended in 1945. Meeting facilities comprise of a number of historic period rooms including a 140-seat auditorium, enhanced by discreet but modern audio-visual facilities, & the atmospheric Harmsworth Room. Available for corporate or private hire for daytime & evening events, this is an ideal venue for important decision-making & high-powered business meetings.

2008 Christmas Party Info: Make your Christmas celebration that bit different and hold your event in The Cabinet War Rooms, the preserved historic site underneath Westminster, where Winston Churchill and his War Cabinet met and took momentous decisions in the dark days of 1940. With all modern facilities, they are ideal for parties from 20 to 350 people. There are three Christmas packages to choose from, created in association with Prestige Experience. All include flag bunting, Christmas crackers, paraphernalia & novelties. Canapé receptions start from £49.50 per person (minimum 100 guests), while buffets & dinners cost £99 per person (minimum 40 guests).
