One Moorgate Place Restaurant is a contemporary space within a Grade II-listed Victorian building, mixing whitewashed walls with brightly upholstered chairs and modern art. Open to the public for lunch on weekdays, the 96-seater dining room can host breakfast meetings and evening events from Monday to Friday and is available for exclusive use at the weekend. The menu is modern European – think rillettes of duck with fig and black pepper or poached skate with chestnut purée, parsnips and scorched orange – with fine wines to match. A series of 15 function rooms within the same building are also available to hire. Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations are within a five minute walk.
