The exclusive business & entertaining facilities for private & corporate functions are spread across four stunning event spaces. Perhaps the most popular is the light & airy David Lean Room & adjacent Foyer Bar, which together can hold up to 250 guests for a seated dinner. For presentations & screenings, there’s the Princess Anne Theatre, a fully refurbished purpose-built auditorium with 227 luxurious seats. Smaller events can be held in the Gallery or the intimate 40-seater Run Run Shaw theatre.

2008 Christmas Party Info:195 Piccadilly’s special Chirstmas lunch packages include a champagne reception and three-course seasonal menu. With the red carpet rolled out for your arrival, diners have use of the David Lean Room & The Foyer Bar from 12.00pm to 5.00pm. A range of optional extras such as themed entertainment, equipment hire and “paparazzi” photographers are available. Packages cater for a minimum of 70 guests, and up to 200, ranging in price from £140 to £180 per person.
