Sense of occasion doesn’t tip over into stiffness at Taj 51 Buckingham Gate, which has played host to some high-profile guests – Winston Churchill and the Queen among them – over the years. Four main rooms range from down-to-business boardrooms to elegant banqueting and reception spaces holding up to 300. In the centre, the tranquil courtyard is a nice surprise, making a lovely spot for summer entertaining. The venue’s central London location, well-drilled staff and wide range of bespoke menus are all further features that contribute to the venue’s popularity for weddings and corporate events.
