Built 120 years ago in French château-style, the five-star Royal Horseguards and its banqueting facility One Whitehall Place are well located near Embankment, overlooking the Thames and London Eye. Offering 280 deluxe bedrooms, many with river views, the hotel has magnificent high ceilings and function rooms decked out in modern, natural decor. It even boasts the largest unsupported marble staircase in Europe. One Whitehall Place is regarded as one of the best-equipped conference and events facilities in London, with hi-tech AV facilities (including virtual meeting technology) and a switched-on events team. Its largest space can host 240 meeting delegates or 350 reception guests.
