With a handy location next to Blackfriars Station, sweeping views across the Thames and a stack of spaces, this striking venue ticks some important boxes for organisers. Its 600-seat auditorium has a huge stage with easy street access for loading as well as ample breakout space. The two main function facilities, the River Rooms, interconnecting and named after their impressive river views, are self-contained with a separate entrance. In addition, there are another six conference rooms with state-of-the-art equipment that can hold up to 120 people theatre style. A new conference floor with exhibition and meeting space opens in 2012 and will have direct access from Blackfriars tube station.
