Combining form and function, the Great Hall is a flexible modern space (housing the only triple-split screen in London) while the Council Chamber, a fine 96-seater amphitheatre, shares the same pared-back style. In contrast, the domed Main Reception is memorable for its striking murals, stone columns and stained-glass windows, while the handsome, book-lined Members’ Room features a balustrade bridge inspired by the Rialto in Venice. The in-house restaurant, available for exclusive hire for 80 diners, features quirky modern art and colourful furniture.
