Moored on the Thames by the Embankment, opposite Temple tube station, the Head Quarter Ship Wellington offers a memorable backdrop for corporate events. Her prime Thames location affords sweeping views of the South Bank and London Eye, with added interest from the ever-changing scene of river traffic. Though several striking rooms are available to hire, the most unusual space for entertaining is perhaps the Model Room, where guests can admire the priceless collection of antique model ships. The Quarter Deck outside is covered with an awning and can accommodate barbecues and dancing, as well as cocktail and canapé parties. Chester Boyd is sole caterer.
