Moored on the Thames by the Embankment opposite Temple, the Head Quarter Ship Wellington offers an unusual backdrop for any event, but is especially popular for conferences, dinners & parties. Her location offers sweeping views of the South Bank, the BA London Eye & the ever-changing scene of passing water traffic. Though several striking rooms are available to hire, the most unusual space is perhaps the Model Room; with its priceless collection of antique model ships it’s a great setting for a lunch or reception. The Quarterdeck outside makes a popular setting for cocktail & canapé parties, as well as barbecues & dancing, when the river comes alive at night.

2008 Christmas Party Info: Chester Boyd will be running ‘Full Length & Fabulous’ parties this Christmas, complete with sumptuous décor, a personalised menu and drinks packages. Expect tables draped with velvet, crisp white linens, and striking table centres made of mirrored boxes, white roses, ostrich feathers and strands of pearls. Chester Boyd can cater for sit down dinners, bowl food of buffets.
