Still among the hippest hotels in London, The Metropolitan has five suitably modern event spaces. The White Room seats 60 under a striking glass-pyramid ceiling that floods the room in natural daylight. The Met Space can hold 28 diners on a single long table, while the 14-seater Met Boardroom interconnects with The Met Studio, making a cosy breakout or syndicate space. All rooms come with free Wi-Fi and an IT butler for any tech-related queries. It is also possible to host events in the hotel’s penthouse (the COMO Suite) and in the glossy, new-look Met Bar (see separate review). A new business lunch menu and changing seasonal private dining menus are available.
