The John Adam-designed home of the RSA, just off the Strand, combines Georgian grandeur with contemporary touches. The ground and first floors of the building are currently closed until June for major renovations. This includes the revamping of the traditional Benjamin Franklin Room which, when finished, will hold up to 150 guests, as well as 10 other functions rooms, with capacities ranging from 10 to 200. Until then, the atmospheric Vaults are a striking setting for receptions or dinners, especially when lit by candles. For alfresco events, there is secluded garden. Preferred caterers Harbour and Jones serve up seasonal canapés, set menus or barbecues.
