45 Millbank, the beautifully restored former headquarters of the Royal Army Medical Corps, is a suitably grand venue for a central London wedding for up to 300 guests. Now owned by the Chelsea College of Art & Design, the neo-Baroque Edwardian building isn’t short of photo opportunities, with its original mahogany staircase & marble entrance hall. Most wedding parties take the wood-panelled Banqueting Hall, which boasts an intricate plasterwork ceiling & huge casement windows. In summertime, consider booking the Ornamental Garden too, designed by the award-winning landscape gardener Julie Zeldin.
