Throughout January & August 2012, guests can dine in the clubby Jameson private room at Bentley's for £75pp, all includsive. Guests receive matching wine, mineral water and coffee and a choice from the below three menus:

Ballotine of Goosnargh chicken with wild mushrooms and redcurrants
Rice pudding with tea-soaked prunes and armagnac syrup
Butternut squash soup with pinenut and lime crème fraiche
Roast fillet of hake with braised Leek, cucumber and brown shrimp butter
Spiced-pear strudel with vanilla custard
Terrine of smoked ham with sour apple and sorrel
Roast loin of pork with braised white cabbage Morteaux sausage and sauce chutney
Winter fruit trifle with Port and cinnamon

Richard Corrigan’s rejuvenated Bentley’s majors in simple but immaculately executed seafood dishes & houses some fantastic private dining facilities too. One of the restaurant’s most versatile spaces is the Jameson Room on the lower ground floor. This self-contained space, which has its own entrance onto Swallow Street, features a deep red & burgundy interior that reflects the contemporary classic feel of the main restaurant. The space can accommodate from 15 to 60 for a sit-down dinner or 100 standing & features a fully stocked bar & a 3am licence as well as its own toilet facilities. A 42-inch plasma screen & DVD player can be provided for presentations, or a DJ for parties.
