Established in 1975, Party Ingredients may have started on the dinner party circuit, but the company now caters to high-profile events including award ceremonies, film premiere parties and even state banquets. It is also the sole caterer for a growing number of venues, including Saddlers' Hall, Skinners' Hall and Apothecaries' Hall, all in the City. Founder and executive chef Peter Gladwin is passionate about ingredients and uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Pulborough asparagus, Nutbourne tomatoes and Sussex beef all feature on his seasonal menus and everything, including bread and chocolates, is made fresh in the company’s shiny new Canary Wharf kitchens. With 48 full-time staff and over 200 specially trained part-timers, Gladwin is supported by a dynamic team of professionals, who can help with anything from venue-finding and event coordination to bespoke menu design for lunches, dinners or receptions.
Party Ingredients is offering a free upgrade on its City Classics day delegate package for those who book in February. All guests will be upgraded to either a cooked breakfast on arrival, or a sparkling wine reception at the end of the meeting. All-inclusive prices start from £59pp.
