Venue Review of London Eye Barracuda

One of the most glamorous cruisers on the Thames, the London Eye Barracuda has been recently acquired by Merlin Events. Having welcomed prime ministers, pop stars and royalty on board over the past three decades, the vintage vessel makes a prestigious venue for entertaining. The art deco-inspired design harks back to the glamour of the 1930s, with a mirrored bar, leather sofas, intimate booths for dining and a dance floor with a retractable roof. In 2009, a stylish refurbishment highlighted her original features, incorporating lighter upholstery in a palette of warm, neutral tones and modern prints by Osborne & Little. The London Eye Barracuda operates from the London Eye Pier.
