Kitchen 1
Hands-on, interactive cooking classes. It’s a model that has worked well for L’atelier des Chefs, which now has schools in the UK, France and Dubai. Its London flagship in Wigmore Street – within easy reach of Oxford Circus – offers flexible event space for teambuilding or product launches. Its split-level design, with contemporary kitchens and adjoining dining areas, can accommodate groups of up to 180 guests. If hired for teambuilding, groups cook in small teams under expert guidance, picking up tips from the chefs as they go, before sitting down together to enjoy the food they’ve prepared. Mixology classes and wine tasting events can be built in to corporate event programmes.
