Now a firm fixture on the King’s Road social scene, JuJu has proved a hit with locals since its launch in 2008. The venue is best known for its weekend club nights – particularly as star-spotting isn’t uncommon here – but the appealing mix of clean-lined decor and high-end AV kit lends itself just as readily to weekday events. Product launches and presentations are popular, with a six-foot projector screen, iPod dock and satellite link-up equipment available. A labyrinth of private areas plays host to VIP parties and intimate dinners, with pan-Asian tapas plates on the menu. Cocktails are a big draw, and the bar’s award-winning mixologists now host regular masterclasses for groups of four or more.
