London Marriott County Hall’s latest addition, Gillray’s is a British steakhouse through and through. From chesterfield sofas and oak-panelled walls to the grass-fed English beef on the menu, it’s patriotic to the core. The main restaurant seats up to 100, while the bar holds 120 for a reception. For smaller events, there is a 30-capacity private dining room. Set menus are available and start at £30 for two courses. Along with the pampered beef, expect to see the likes of locally sourced fish dishes, such as salmon fillet from Billingsgate Market. The restaurant’s location, just moments from Waterloo, makes it an easy venue to access from around London and further afield.
