Named after Cuba’s most famous cocktail bar, Floridita transports guests back to Havana by way of sultry music, authentic drinks and modern Latin American cooking. There’s live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night (book one of the semi-private dining rooms to join in with the fun) and plenty of entertainment options, including cigar-rolling, mojito-mixing and salsa classes, for events. When booked exclusively, the late-licence (2am Tue-Wed, 3am Thu-Fri) Soho venue can accommodate up to 350 diners or 500 standing guests. On the plate, expect the likes of ceviche or empanadas to start, followed by lobster (grilled or Thermidor) and steak.
