Screening room - Flett theatre
Located in the dramatic Earth Hall at the Natural History Museum, the Flett Theatre is a well-equipped auditorium with tiered seating for 209 delegates. A private foyer area can be used for refreshment breaks or welcome drinks, and – when there are more than 100 guests, the gallery space can be used for informal lunches with bowl food or a buffet. One of the great draws of holding a conference here is that delegates are welcome to explore the galleries and check out the exhibitions during their breaks. Additionally a daytime presentation in the theatre can be combined with an evening drinks reception or dinner in the Earth Hall, which holds up to 500 guests.
