Convenient and cool, this architecturally renowned venue occupies a distinctive modernist building off the southern end of Tottenham Court Road. Extensive event space ranges from small, hi-tech meeting rooms to the striking Congress Hall, which has a sprung-wood floor and futuristic glass ceiling – a 1950s original, which bathes the room in natural light. This space has played host to an array of high-profile events, including AGMs and film premiere parties, but it’s particularly well suited to conferences and exhibitions. AV facilities here are some of the best in town: expect digital HD projection and a 32-channel digital sound desk with full tech support.
