Lemon Drop Events will be installing a pop-up venue on the site of the Olympic beach volleyball pitch at Horse Guards Parade between 26 November and 20 December. The ultra-modern venue has been designed to look like a snow dome using a clear temporary structure and striking lighting projections. Inside snow-white, Perspex furniture decorates the 700-capacity dining hall, where guests will be served a three-course meal by innovative caterers Nomad Food and Design. For something more traditional, there is the elegant Household Cavalry Museum, which accommodates up to 150 guests for dinners throughout November and December. With views of St James’ Park and Downing Street, both options are majestic settings for a Christmas party. The venue’s location near Charing Cross, Westminster and Embankment tubes makes it easy for guests from all over town.
