Expect luxurious VIP rooms and some gloriously Moulin Rouge interiors at this grande dame of the London club scene, which opened in 1924. The prime central location (just off Piccadilly Circus) and a recently upgraded stage and sound system lends the venue to awards ceremonies, Christmas parties and live music events as well as lunches, dinners and canapé receptions for up to 715 people. With its impressive pillars, giant centrepiece chandelier and grand, sweeping staircases, the theatrical Ballroom is the most impressive space, but three additional private rooms can be used as breakout areas, or for more intimate receptions. Cabaret nights are a speciality.
