Bolton’s is a longstanding bastion of traditional hospitality in the heart of the City, next to Lloyd’s of London. The upmarket Italian menu has been a favourite of office workers and those rare beasts, City residents, for the past 15 years. After descending the stairs and crossing the circular vestibule, guests enter the reassuringly cosseting surrounds of the dining room. The space makes an inviting backdrop for a drinks reception or small corporate function – it can accommodate up to 90 seated guests or 110 for a stand-up reception. Gracious staff are happy to help with special arrangements, whether for a private party or a business lunch with clients.
