Majoring in simple but immaculately executed seafood dishes, Richard Corrigan’s Bentley’s offers some great-looking private dining facilities. Its elegant 16-seat Crustacea Room is adjacent to the first-floor restaurant, while the Swallow Street Rooms (refurbished in 2013) provide smart, intimate event space on the lower ground floor. The latter is self-contained and can seat up to 60 or accommodate 100 standing guests. They also have their own entrance, loos and fully stocked bar (with 3am licence). The artwork and style of the interiors here mirror the classic feel of the main restaurant, with a plasma screen and DVD player for presentations, while a DJ point serves more lively events.
