Variety is the draw at Aqua’s two destination restaurants and bar. Situated five floors above Oxford Circus on a huge 17,000sq ft site, it offers a choice of stylish Japanese at Aqua Kyoto or modern Spanish at Aqua Nueva, as well as top-notch cocktails in the adjacent Aqua Spirit. Both restaurants have private dining rooms (Aqua Nueva’s comes with its own terrace) and all three spaces are also available for exclusive hire, either separately or in conjunction with each other. The venue’s real highlights, however, are its sizeable terraces, which overlook the rooftops of Regent Street and are available to hire for alfresco receptions. Both the Spanish and Japanese offerings translate well into party food.
