The East End branch of All Star Lanes’ boutique bowling chain has six lanes in its main hall and three in a separate event space. Groups can book individual lanes or head for the 130-capacity private room on the mezzanine level. Here, expect a luxurious, 80s-style American penthouse feel, plus three private lanes and a cocktail bar serving American classics. Two luxury All-Star Karaoke booths (with 5,500 tunes between them) are a major hit – as are the ‘All Star Presents’ nights, which feature top DJs. The vibe is typically upbeat, with smiley staff and American food – seared tuna and rainbow slaw taco bites, for example – which translates well into canapés and bowl food.
