serve UK-farmed caviar. It also offers two excellent bar venues. In the ground-floor Lounge Bar, a bright front section gives way to a softly lit counter where cocktails, wines by the glass and
small plates will emerge, according to your preferences. The entire space is available for private hire, as is the Birdcage, an altogether darker venue one floor below. This basement cocktail bar,
with facilities for a DJ or live music, can accommodate parties of up to 60 people late into the night.
