Housed in what was originally a warehouse in the City’s Devonshire Square, Cinnamon Kitchen, under Vivek Singh’s stewardship, is a landmark for Indian food in London. As a venue, with its sister bar Anise under the same roof, it offers plenty of space for events. The main dining room features signs of the venue’s past, with exposed beams and pillars. It’s spacious, airy and light, and at its one end, there’s the Tandoor Bar & Grill, where up to 16 diners can watch the chefs at work. The 10-seater private dining room has a window which opens directly into the main kitchen, as well as AV facilities for meetings. In Anise, groups can enjoy small-plate dishes and cocktails in private booths.
