Interactive restaurant Aveqia takes a different approach to group dining, inviting parties of up to 18 guests into the kitchen to prepare four-course meals – guided by Michelin-starred chefs. The
St Paul’s venue’s state-of-the art kitchens are decorated in a cool Scandinavian style, with white walls, the latest technology and post-industrial touches including on-trend pendant lights. The
Food Studio, which holds four kitchens with a cooking capacity of 75, has reception space for up to 80 and a bar which is used for wine and cocktail masterclasses. The Krug Kitchen private dining
room (for groups of 10) is for extra-special events where menus are matched with expertly chosen Krug Champagnes.
