Thirty or so years after leaving London, The Playboy Club is back. It reopened its doors and reinstated the iconic Bunnies in 2011, following a £15m refurbishment of the Rendezvous Casino site on
Park Lane. The glam venue, which offers gaming, dining and entertainment, has been scooping up awards ever since – not least ‘Best Bar Award’ for cocktail guru Salvatore Calabrese’s in-house
watering hole. Champagne bar Baroque opened earlier this year and holds up to 190 for a reception, while business lunches can be held in The Dining Room’s 10-seater PDR, where exec chef Judy Joo
combines a fushion of Brit-Am dishes with those from her native Korea. There is also a cigar terrace.
