Whitewashed walls, cool contemporary art and stripped wood floors characterise this Shoreditch restaurant. Part of Caprice Holdings, it’s a versatile space for entertaining on the City’s northern
fringes. For group dining, a semi-private raised space next to the bar takes up to 32 seated guests or 50 for a stand-up canapé reception. It’s particularly popular for a casual meeting followed by
dinner, but breakfast is an equally strong suit. Head chef Simon Wadham oversees the menu, which holds steadfastly to key principles of simplicity and sourcing, so expect ingredients-led British
cooking. For parties, the whole suckling pig feast is a speciality, and set menus at different price points are also available for parties.
