One Moorgate Place Restaurant is a contemporary space within a Grade II-listed Victorian building, mixing whitewashed walls with brightly upholstered chairs and modern art. Open to the public for
lunch on weekdays, the 96-seat dining room can host breakfast meetings and evening events from Monday to Friday and is available for exclusive use at the weekend. The menu is modern European –
think roast quail with salted dates or pan-fried sea bass with confit bacon, clams and sweetcorn – with fine wines to match. One Moorgate Place (see separate review in London Venues) has a further
15 function rooms and Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Bank are within a five-minute walk.
