Tucked away in a cobbled courtyard in Mayfair, Hush has won a loyal following with its crowd-pleasing spectrum of backdrops for eating and drinking. A cool, contemporary look runs from the
welcoming downstairs brasserie and its lively alfresco terrace, right up through the cocktail lounge and more secluded Silver Room above, to the large second-floor PDR, which seats 60. Menus
throughout are modern European – Scottish rib-eye steak and frites or whole lobster with taglierini, tomato and chilli, perhaps – and designed to complement the vast selection of wines. In addition
to the Mayfair venue, there are a further two Hush Brasserie sites in Holborn and St Paul’s.
