Hanway Place was Hakkasan’s maiden London restaurant and the site from which the chain built a reputation for snazzy Chinese cooking that first earned its West End venue a Michelin star back in
2003. In its quest for ‘modern authenticity’, Hakkasan serves up winning dishes including XO scallop dumplings and Wagyu beef with white asparagus and takes great care over its drinks menu. It sets
time aside on Saturday afternoons to give up to 10 guests a cocktail and spirits masterclass. Bespoke sessions can also be arranged, as can an exclusive hire of the restaurant (with 200 covers).
Groups of up to 20 can consider taking the semi-private dining area.
