Celebrating its 10th birthday this year, Tom Aikens’ Chelsea flagship is a very different restaurant from when it first launched. The innovative, Michelin-starred cuisine and award-winning wine
list remain in place but, following a major revamp in late 2011, these are now served in a much more relaxed environment. Walls penned with food quotes set the tone, while mismatched wooden
