Party Ingredients, the catering stalwart with exclusive contracts to feed several of the City’s livery halls, is now serving the Whitehall site of Henry VIII’s old bedchamber. It seems that a
16th-century bedroom could be an expansive affair: the listed Victorian building that replaced King Henry’s four-poster and commode includes a trio of event spaces. Lots of natural light flows into
all three, while removable raised stages and modern AV facilities make them as good for round-tables and conferences as they are for dinners and cocktail receptions. The Duke of Wellington Hall,
with its own minstrels’ gallery, is the star turn; the Library and Reading Room can be hired separately or as a suite.
