Alice's review of Whisky Mist @ Zeta

We went there in December, having reserved two tables in advance, with the promise of no queuing. On arrival we queued for at least 30 mins, were only allowed in in groups of 10, and when I tried to put my bag in the cloakroom I was told it was full and there was no room for it. They seemed surprised that so many people had coats and bags – in December…?? We spent a large amount of money in there, and when the bill was signed, the waiter gave the guy who was paying the bill grief for not adding a tip – we had thought £300 service charge was the tip – apparently not – so we had to add another £200 for a tip! What a cheek! It was very over crowded, with drinks being thrown everywhere. I would avoid in the future!
