After Barrafina my favourite Spanish restaurant in London although no booking policy and long waits can put me off going but I guess thats what is about. Food is good and its got a great atmosphere…also like the simple interior and location on the corner of Borough Market is fab! There are also a couple of good pubs in the market (the Market Porter and Wheatsheaf) so you can always go for a drink while you are waiting (it has got its own bar) but this can also get busy. Otherwise a wonder around he market is always worth it…
