We had brunch at the Quadrato restaurant within the Four Seasons on Sunday and it was without doubt the best Sunday lunch I have had. The service was impeccable as it always is in a Four Seasons hotel and the atmosphere was perfect for that of a Sunday lunchtime, relaxing and friendly, with a mix of couples, families and groups of friends. It was a buffet style starter, where you could choose from sushi, smoked salmon, large king prawns and a mixture of salads. Then main course was a carvery where you chose from Roasted veal, chicken or beef and it was plated by the chef with your choice of vegetables and potatoes. Very generous portions and it well presented so it didn't feel like buffet dining. Dessert deserves the main applause as it was also buffet style and the choice seemed impossible for someone with such a sweet-tooth such as myself. I finally opted for the bread and butter pudding, but this was no ordinary bread and butter pudding it was made with croissants and custard, it was amazing. We will definitely be heading back soon.
