Flew into Newquay airport & was pleased to find the restaurant just a 10 minute ride away.
Absolutey my favourite restaurant of the year. The setting is just amazing, it's as if the restaurant has been carved into the cliff face & overlooks the most stunning beach. The windows are floor to ceiling & span the entire length of the place. The decor is fab & the open kitchen makes for a great spectacle. I had the best risotto I have ever tasted & all of our party argued that each of their dishes was the best! Service was great, really friendly…as if they had been taught by the man himself. Every aspect of the dining experience has been thought of & this is truly one of those places you just have to visit.
The only downside to this place is that if you visit on a gorgeous day they have no outside space, although if you can nab a window table, these open back. The day we visited it was pouring down so we were not disappointed. All I can say is bag yourself a cheap flight & get down there! Truly Fab.
