Smart location, great menu and delicious food.
What a shame that the service and atmosphere were poor. We asked our waitress various simple questions about the food on the menu and she couldn't answer any of them. We also asked for a dessert wine and no-one seemed to know what that was – it was only the front of house who did and located a bottle for us.
We went on a Friday night at 7:30. By 9:30 it had filled up with local affluent 20 somethings (which is fine) but when they all start standing around tables having a chat and crowding the space, it all gets a bit much. The high (or low) point of the evening came when the front of house came to warn us not to use the men's toilets as someone had been sick in them.
It's a shame, really, as the menu and food were both absolutely delicious.
