Went there for a business lunch. The place was VERY noisy, you have to shout to the waiter to be heard when making your order. Very crammed, so people shouting to each other next to you are effectively shouting in your ear. Decor – very basic bistro-style.
On lunch menu, dish selection was interesting – veggie or rabbit. If you don't eat rabbit, not much choice.
cali soup for starter was ok but not something you'd remember as soon as it's gone, the egg in it was half-transparent and raw, not poached properly. The main of rabbit was nicely cooked, but very salty and unbalanced in that aspect. The veggie option was again quite salty and strong for such a light dish, the tomato sauce/salsa was overwhelmin.
Quinoa panacotta was nice and nutty, but a plate of cheese served as an alternative to a sweet dessert was laughable – 3 x tiny cuts of what (i think) was camambert, with a splosh of some lumpy preserve. Poor presentation, not even a small variety of cheese. No bisquits served to accompany cheese.
as a cheap lunch option it's ok, but after the visit i'm not tempted to visit for a proper dinner, or a meal with friends.
