I was here for my birthday and it has not been what I was expecting it to be.
The waiter did not pay very much attention on our table, I do not know why.
I have ordered an espresso at the end and it came without sugar, I had to wait 5 minutes when the espresso was nearly cold.
I do not like to complaint but I had to, since it was my birthday, so I have called the manager to discuss the issue.
However, young lady on duty I must admit that she was very professional and polite and she managed to calm me down.
When I go to eat to such “GREAT” restaurants I tend to be extremely critical when it comes to service since I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. I would never comeback again and never recommend it to my guests!!!
