The hotel’s light & airy Garden Restaurant serves classically British cuisine with modern flair, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced produce. Pigeon breast on buttered spinach is enlivened by redcurrant & port jus, while sea trout is accompanied by a fresh pea flan & buttered new potatoes. A knowledgeable sommelier is on hand to match fine wines from a well-stocked cellar.
