A £12m refurbishment programme has turned the Savill Court into a luxurious setting in which to while away a few hours over suitably luxurious food in the Orchid Restaurant. Feast on the likes of chicken & wild mushroom terrine with truffle oil, then Scottish salmon en croute with crayfish & lobster bisque, with rich chocolate truffle & vanilla pod ice-cream for afters.
