Combining a fishmonger, seafood restaurant & open-to-view kitchen, this FishWorks branch (also in Bath, Christchurch & London) is regularly crowded. Everyone enjoys the simple treatment of top-quality fish & shellfish – delivered daily from Cornwall – whether it’s just potted brown shrimps, own-smoked salmon, shellfish platters, or a whole sea bream baked in sea salt. A short list of mainly white wines is well chosen & keenly priced.
